Flow from the reservation to consult
① Please enter the online consultation reservation site from the reservation button or QR code.
② Please select the menu and consultation date and time from the Coubic online consultation reservation site.
When applying, please enter the telephone number that you can contact on the day of consultation and the email account that is set to receive Gmail. (It is more reliable if you prepare a Google account and enter your Gmail address)
The reservation will be confirmed after the advance payment is completed.
③ When the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email notification of the reservation confirmation from the reservation site.
④ If it is the day before the reservation, we will send you an email with the URL, so please click by the reservation time and wait.
⑤ If you are unable to start the consultation due to communication conditions on the day, we may contact you with the phone number and email address you heard when making the reservation in advance.
You can leave the mask on.
After the consultation is over, you will receive a questionnaire from the reservation site. Please answer if you like.
* Cancellation is possible until the day before the reservation date. The schedule cannot be changed, so if you wish to change the schedule, please cancel the reservation once and reserve the desired date and time again.
