Recently, I think it's very important that who has power,or high social states should have the ability of "Enpathy" skill.
"Enpathy" means "the ability to understand and share the feelings of another".
It is also explained "Put on someone else's shoes" in the book of "The Real British Secondary School Days".
We usually evaluate the effect of test,or examination,or some match game.
But for the diverse society , it will be more and more important to get "Enpaty"skill.
